The Idea Book contains 26 activities with step-by-step instructions in seven categories. In addition,
we offer tips for working with the media, sample press releases, letters to the Editor, Op-Ed's and
various fact sheets.
Sample Lead Pages
For each activity we identify the support materials that are needed to complete the activity.
If an
activity requires artwork, we provide a sample on the CD. Templates have been designed so they
can be changed to meet the needs of each specific group. Whenever possible, we provide articles
that are relevant to the activity. Many include statistics or findings tied to the issue. All artwork,
surveys, checklists, templates, tip sheets, etc. are provided on the CD. To better understand the
